Questions

Plain answers

Anything else? Call 716-555-0142 or just come by.

I've never touched a barbell. Will I be the weak one?

Probably not. Half our members started with an empty bar. Barbell 101 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays is built for exactly this, and there's no one watching your numbers but you.

Is it really open 24/7?

Yes. Your keycard works every hour of every day, holidays included. Coaches are on the floor weeknights 4 to 9 PM and Saturday mornings, and the rest of the time it's self-serve with cameras and a panic button by the door.

Can I really use chalk?

Please do. There are chalk bins at every platform and rack. We ask that you wipe down the bar and sweep your spot. That's the whole rule.

Is there a contract or sign-up fee?

No contract, no sign-up fee, no annual fee. Monthly is $39 and cancels with a text message. After your free week you decide.

What's the catch on the free week?

There isn't one. We don't take a card. After seven days your keycard stops working until you pick monthly or a day pass.

Where do I park, and what about showers?

Free lot behind the building on Washington St. There are two private changing rooms and two showers. No lockers to rent, bring a lock if you want one.
